A board-certified veterinary radiologist provides a comprehensive written interpretation of the submitted ultrasound study, including evaluation of all visible structures, in conjunction with the patient’s medical history.

A board-certified veterinary radiologist provides a comprehensive written interpretation of the submitted radiographs and ultrasound study, including evaluation of all visible structures on each image, in conjunction with the patient’s medical history.

Referral Laboratory Information
Cervical (thyroid) ultrasound and ocular ultrasound studies are submitted to Antech Diagnostics for interpretation by board-certified veterinary radiologists. All other ultrasound and radiology studies are submitted to IDEXX for review by board-certified veterinary radiologists.

Radiograph Submission Requirements
All radiographs submitted for radiology interpretation must be provided in DICOM (.dcm) format, as required for diagnostic image quality and radiologist review. Radiographs can be uploaded directly through the patient information form during the online booking process or emailed to our team as instructed.
